Tammy Conover
Tammy Conover, Esq., is the owner of Conover Law, LLC, where her practice has been focused within the various aspects of elder law for over 20 years. She has dedicated this time to contested guardianship/conservatorship proceedings, breach of fiduciary duty actions, probate litigation, estate and trust administration and special needs administration. In addition, Tammy has worked extensively under her appointments as Guardian ad Litem to investigate and provide recommendations to Courts for necessary interventions, actions and other vital protections to ensure her client’s wishes are respected while their overall care and best interest concerns are always balanced.
Tammy is active in local and national associations, serving on numerous committees of the Elder Law Section of the of the Colorado Bar Association. She continues to be an active member of the Executive Counsel of the Section as well as chairing and acting in numerous additional committees dedicated to ensuring the rights of the individuals she serves, as well as advocating for needed legislative advances.
Tammy has presented educational programs as well as authored several publications for local and national bar associations, professional organizations, and numerous public forums in areas of Guardianship and Conservatorship, Fiduciary duties, Medicaid, Special Needs administration, and various additional Elder Law topics.
When out of the office Tammy spends time with her family, enjoys traveling for time with her children as well as time at home with her myriad of rescued pups (especially the Great Danes!), all while enjoying as much time outdoors as can be found.
