Nick McWharter joined Conover Law, LLC as a law clerk in September of 2022 and became an associate attorney in November of 2022.

Nick grew up in Denver Colorado before moving to Saratoga Springs, New York to receive his bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Skidmore College. At Skidmore, Nick received departmental honors and became a member of the Pi Mu Epsilon and Omicron Delta Epsilon honors societies for math and economics.

After undergrad, Nick moved back to Colorado where he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School in 2021. Since graduating from law school, Nick has enjoyed navigating the field of elder law through working in probate and estate planning.

Outside of the office, Nick is passionate about fishing, playing ice hockey, and spending time in the Rocky Mountains. He is also a fan of watching the Colorado Avalanche, Rockies, and the New York Giants.
